Our Mission is to enrich the lives of individuals with physical, cognitive and/or behavioral challenges in the greater Indianapolis community through equine assisted therapies and activities.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
New Summer Program!! Morning Dove is excited to offer a new summer program for children with autism spectrum disorder, CornerPiece Adventure. This program builds on our successful Horse with a Different View program offered in partnership with St. Vincent Pediatric Rehabilitation. CornerPiece Adventure is offered as a unique program for children who may not be patients of St. Vincent’s. For more information, please call Kate Murphy at 317-733-9393 or e-mail katem@mdtrc.org.
Morning Dove Receives $9,000 grant from the Community Foundation of Boone County!! Morning Dove was the lucky recipient of a supporting grant from the Community Foundation of Boone County. This grant will help us grow!! With these funds, Morning Dove is able to increase the number of riders we serve. Already we have added 20 new riders, and are excited that at least 20 riders more will join the family this summer. Thank you to our friends at the Community Foundation!!
Save the Date!! Morning Dove’s annual silent auction and dinner gala will be held September 29, 2012 at the Irsay Pavillon in Carmel, IN. Stay tuned for more details!! If you are interested in donating to the auction or volunteering for the event committee, please let us know! Our friend and board member, Jan Helsper is the Chair of the event for 2012; she welcomes your help!

Vacuum cleaner
Office Supplies – Copy paper, Pens, paper clips, manila file folders
Fly spray for our horses
Bottled water and Gatorade
Lead Ropes – prefer cotton!
Saddle Pads: horse-sized dressage pads
Stirrup Leathers
Peacock stirrups
Donations can be dropped off at our facility in Zionsville, or we would be happy to pick them up!
